Ambassador Program
Terms & Conditions

"FieldRank" refers to the FieldRank platform operated under Echelon Property Care LLC, Fort Myers, Florida.

"Ambassador" refers to an individual or entity approved into the FieldRank Ambassador Program.

"Referral" refers to a new FieldRank customer who signed up through an Ambassador's unique tracking link and converted to a paid plan.

"Commission Period" refers to the 12-month period beginning on the date a Referral converts to a paid plan.

"Qualifying Revenue" refers to actual net subscription revenue received by FieldRank from a Referral, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.

To participate in the Ambassador Program, you must:

• Submit an application and receive written approval from FieldRank
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a legitimate platform, audience, or network relevant to the field service industry
• Not be a current employee of FieldRank or any direct competitor
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

FieldRank reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion without explanation.

Rate: 15% of Qualifying Revenue per Referral per month, for up to 12 months.

Retention bonus: After 12 months, if a Referral is still an active paying customer, you earn a one-time $25 retention bonus for that subscriber.

Plan changes: If a Referral upgrades or downgrades, your commission adjusts to reflect what they actually pay each month.

No commission is earned on: Free trials, refunded payments, chargebacks, or failed payments that are not recovered.

• Cookie duration: 90 days from the click. Sign up within 90 days of clicking your link and the referral is credited to you.
• Last-click attribution: If a user clicks multiple Ambassador links, the most recent click before signup receives credit.
• Direct signups: If a user navigates to FieldRank directly without clicking your link, no commission is earned regardless of how they heard about it.
• Self-referrals are prohibited: You may not refer yourself, employees, or immediate family members.

Schedule: Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on or around the 15th of the following month.

Minimum payout: $25. Balances below $25 roll over to the following month.

Methods: PayPal or ACH bank transfer (U.S. accounts). International payments via PayPal only.

Hold period: New referral commissions are held for 30 days to account for refunds and trial cancellations before being added to your payable balance.

Taxes: Ambassadors are responsible for all applicable taxes. FieldRank will issue a 1099-NEC to U.S. Ambassadors earning $600 or more in a calendar year. A completed W-9 is required before any payment is issued.

Currency: All commissions are paid in U.S. dollars.

• Original content on personal websites, blogs, YouTube, podcasts, and social media
• Email newsletters to your own opted-in subscriber list
• Direct personal outreach to individuals in your professional network
• Paid advertising, with prior written approval from FieldRank
• Trade events, conferences, and in-person networking

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or social media outreach
• Misleading claims: False or exaggerated statements about FieldRank's features, pricing, or results
• Brand impersonation: Creating websites or profiles that impersonate FieldRank directly
• Trademark bidding: Bidding on "FieldRank" or "FieldProven" in paid search without prior written approval
• Cookie stuffing: Any technical manipulation to artificially inflate referral tracking
• Coupon/deal sites: Posting your referral link on third-party coupon or cashback websites without prior approval
• Self-referrals: Referring yourself, employees, or family members

You must clearly disclose your Ambassador relationship in all promotional content. Acceptable disclosures include "#ad," "#sponsored," "affiliate link," or "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." This is required by the FTC and applicable in most jurisdictions. Failure to disclose may result in termination.

You may use FieldRank-provided logos and brand assets for promotion. You may not alter them without written approval. You may describe yourself as a "FieldRank Ambassador" but not as an employee, partner, or official representative of FieldRank.

Users who sign up through an Ambassador link receive an extended 30-day free trial instead of the standard 14-day trial. FieldRank does not offer plan discounts through the Ambassador Program. The extended trial is the sole benefit to referred customers. FieldRank reserves the right to modify this benefit at any time.

Modifications: FieldRank may modify commission rates or program terms with 30 days written notice. Changes apply to new referrals only — existing Commission Periods are honored under the terms in effect when the referral was made.

Program termination: FieldRank may terminate the program entirely with 30 days notice. All accrued commissions will be paid within 60 days.

Individual termination for cause: FieldRank may terminate an Ambassador immediately for violations of these Terms, fraud, or conduct damaging to FieldRank's reputation. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Voluntary exit: Email hello@fieldranking.com to exit. Accrued commissions are paid on the next scheduled date.

Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of FieldRank. Ambassadors are solely responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

FieldRank's total liability to any Ambassador shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that Ambassador in the 3 months preceding the claim. FieldRank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

By submitting an Ambassador application and/or using your Ambassador tracking link, you agree to be bound by these Terms. FieldRank reserves the right to update these Terms at any time with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
