Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out on the 15th of the following month via PayPal or bank transfer. There's a 30-day hold on new referrals to account for refunds and trials.
Do I need to be a FieldRank customer to apply? ▼
No, but we strongly prefer Ambassadors who've used the product. The most credible referrals come from people who can speak from experience. We offer a free trial so you can test it yourself before promoting it.
Is there a minimum referral requirement? ▼
No minimum for the Affiliate track. For the Ambassador track, we ask that you make a genuine effort to promote FieldRank to your audience — but there's no hard quota. Quality over quantity.
How long does my referral tracking last? ▼
Your referral link has a 90-day cookie. If someone clicks your link today and signs up 60 days from now, you still get credit. Once they're tied to your account, you earn 15% monthly for up to 12 months. After 12 months, you earn a one-time $25 retention bonus per still-active subscriber.
What if someone I referred upgrades their plan? ▼
Your commission is based on what they pay each month. If they upgrade from Starter ($49) to Premier ($179), your commission goes up automatically. You always earn 15% of their actual monthly charge.
Can I promote FieldRank on social media? ▼
Yes — that's exactly what we're looking for. YouTube videos, Instagram posts, TikToks, Facebook groups, podcasts, email newsletters — any channel that reaches field service operators is fair game. We can provide screenshots, demo access, and talking points to help you create content.
