FieldRank ("we," "us," "our") operates the FieldRank platform at fieldranking.com and app.fieldranking.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

By using FieldRank, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, business name, industry, city, state, and team size.

Business Data: We collect job details (titles, addresses, scheduled dates, job values), attendance records (clock-in/out times, work dates), customer review ratings, upsell data, and XP/performance metrics for team members within your business.

Team Member Data: For workers and managers added to a business account, we collect names, email addresses, roles, hire dates, performance metrics, certifications, and XP history.

CRM Information: During onboarding, we may ask whether you use a CRM tool and which one, to improve our integration roadmap.

Location Data: Job site addresses are collected to display job locations on maps. We do not track real-time GPS location of users.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

• To provide and maintain the FieldRank platform
• To calculate performance metrics, XP scores, leaderboard rankings, and FieldProven profiles
• To display job locations on maps within the platform
• To send account-related communications (password resets, billing notifications, feature updates)
• To improve and develop new features based on usage patterns
• To provide customer support
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Within your business: Managers can view team member performance data, attendance, XP, and job history for their business.
• FieldProven profiles: If a team member's FieldProven profile is activated, limited verified performance data (quality rate, attendance rate, job count, rank, certifications) may be visible on their public profile page.
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database hosting), Netlify (web hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google Maps (address geocoding) to operate the platform. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

Business performance data (job records, XP history, attendance) is retained as long as the business account remains active. Business owners can request deletion of their business data by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database hosting through Supabase with row-level security policies, and secure authentication with hashed passwords. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

FieldRank uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

FieldRank is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FieldRank after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
