These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FieldRank platform operated by FieldRank ("we," "us," "our"), including the websites at fieldranking.com and app.fieldranking.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Business accounts are created by a business owner or authorized representative. The account creator is responsible for all team members added to the business account and for ensuring they are aware of and comply with these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
FieldRank is a workforce performance management platform for field service businesses. The Service includes performance tracking (XP, rankings, leaderboards), job management, scheduling, attendance tracking, customer review integration, certification tracking, and FieldProven portable credential profiles.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
FieldRank offers paid subscription plans with different feature tiers and team size limits. Pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
Free trials, discounts, and complimentary accounts may be offered at our sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"), including business information, job records, team member details, and performance data.
You grant us a limited license to use, process, and display Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit data about team members added to your account, including compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
You may request export or deletion of Your Data at any time by contacting us at hello@fieldranking.com.
FieldProven is a feature that creates a portable, verified performance credential for team members. When activated by a business owner, a team member's FieldProven profile displays verified performance metrics (quality rate, attendance rate, job count, rank, certifications) on a public URL.
Business owners control whether FieldProven profiles are activated for their team members. Team members who leave a business may retain their FieldProven profile if they were eligible at the time of separation.
FieldRank does not guarantee the accuracy of FieldProven data beyond the metrics tracked within the platform. FieldProven profiles are informational and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, "FieldRank" name, "FieldProven" name, and all related intellectual property, is owned by FieldRank. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written consent.
You may use the FieldRank and FieldProven names solely to reference your use of the Service (e.g., "Ranked on FieldRank" or "FieldProven Verified") in your own marketing materials.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FieldRank, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms with notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request export. After 30 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
